Can i change the background to my web browser from white?

Are there any sites that i change the background and look/layout to my web browser from brilliant white to some different backgrounds and tabs, etc ?

All browsers allow you to set the background color for your web pages that do not specify a background image/color. If you want the color to show on ALL web sites, then you have to check/uncheck the box that allows web sites to use their own colors.Firefox's version 2x is Tools>Options>Content tab. Click the Colors button and set the background color and other options. Don't use IE so you'll have to look, but the options are there.
