elastic chin strap on riding helmet?
i ordered a very expensive riding helmet (velvet riding helmet) on ebay. when i received it i noticed it has no chin strap just an elastic band. did i get jipped or do they come like that. can i get a chin strap installed or an i completely screwed?
the ad stated it was certified , new in the box, etc etc..which all it was is crap crap crap.....so now my kids have a really cute velvet helmet to run around the house in. im going on monday to have my daughter custom fitted for a helmet. i should have know that a 20.00 helmet was a crock..thanks for all your imput.
you got ripped. i would buy one at a local tackshop so you can see exactly what you're getting next time.
